The Kraken have survived on saves at the net despite the lack of offense that we have seen. Over the last five games the near league low scoring has seen Seattle start dropping down the standings, sliding from second in the West to sixth with a -13 point differential. Going into overtime in ten of the first twenty-two games is a pace that was unsustainable and the lack of shots on goal would eventually catch up with this team.
